We’re excited to announce that Interview Now and Google Jobs Integration is now live for all current and future Interview Now customers. For the longest time, Google has been the verb for searching anything, it only made sense for Google’s search to carry over to the job market. Google jobs feed improves the job seeking experience by adding job posting structured data to our customer’s job posting web pages. Adding structured data makes our customer’s job postings eligible to appear in a special user experience in Google Search results.
For our customers, this feature brings many benefits:
- Prominent place in Search results: Customer job postings are eligible to be displayed in the dedicated Job Search UI, featuring customer logo, reviews, ratings, and job details.
- More, motivated applicants: The new user experience enables job seekers to filter by various criteria like location or job title, meaning you’re more likely to attract applicants who are looking exactly for that job.
- Increased chances of discovery and conversion: Job seekers will have a new avenue to interact with your postings and click through to Interview Now.
The easiest way to test the new Google Jobs feature is to type into google “jobs near me” or “sales jobs near me”. Google is adding salary data, company reviews, and other important data to make searching for a job much easier. We are very interested in where Google will go for job search and excited to see how candidates will adapt to the new search over time.
